Abhishek Agnihotri was born in Kanpur in 1997.
His father’s job was in Maler Kotla, a small town near Sangrur, Punjab. Hence he was brought up at a different place.
Having been a regular newspaper reader since 10th class, a habit he adopted from his grandmother, he had first imaginations of an idyllic society where everyone did their duty with utmost perfection.
Fast forward to his graduation life at PEC, Chandigarh.
Being in total love with the city and the clean environment, he realized the potential of a great execution of government plans. The synergy between the people and the government was great because the society was educated and was grateful towards the city.
Abhishek feels strongly towards removing income inequality from society and a proponent of free education for all. He has worked in punarkriti society for teaching the students of the government school of Chandigarh. Lead various events for IMAGES, a student-run NGO of PEC and has been a frequent contributor for DISHA as well.
Currently working at EXL Services, he is preparing for a career in Management Consulting. Apart from job, he spends his time doing online courses, reading books on economics and meditation.
